By registering as a member of the WildfireWorkers.com employer database, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

6. Intellectual Property All content on the platform, including but not limited to, software, design, and logos, is owned or licensed by the company. Unauthorized use, copying, distribution, or modification of any part of the platform is prohibited.
7. Termination of Account – The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if any fraudulent activity is detected. You may also choose to terminate your account at any time by contacting us directly. Upon termination, we will remove your profile from the database but may retain certain data as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability – The company will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your use of the platform, including, but not limited to, missed employment opportunities, system errors, or third-party misuse of data.
9. Indemnification – You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WildfireWorkers.com, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Governing Law – These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Montana without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal disputes arising from your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Missoula, Montana.
11. Amendments – The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the platform or any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of any major changes via email or platform notifications.
